Is Romantic Love the last delusion of the world?
“Romantic Love is an intense attraction that involves the idealization of the other, within an erotic context, with expectation of enduring sometime into the future” – Anthropologist Charles Lindholm
The key themes I want to explore in this story
- Kinds of Love – is there a “good” love vs “bad” love – or Love is Love – no matter how you find it?
- Everyone deserves Love – no matter what – one should be open to find true love – no matter what your past is – as long as you are genuine about it – age/class/religion/caste/your past/family background/how fucked up you are etc., every one deserves love and should not reject it thinking you do not deserve it.
- Insecurities in Love – All sorts of insecurities.
- Self Sabotaging Love – How ppl are scared and mess up once in a life time opportunity they get for true love – because of not being able to communicate, being vulnerable, and genuinely accepting the love – they are also scared they might lose it – and hence they sabotage it in the first place.
